Call Reporting


In this demonstration we'll look at how to report on incoming or outgoing calls and get such information as number of calls, call distribution, call length and wait times. 

To report on outbound calls per day over a month, choose a time slice of daily and the date range. Choose a direction of outbound and to show a separate line for answered and unanswered calls. Then choose the relevant business hours and days to only show the days of interest. Click search and review the number of calls per day that were answered and also unanswered. 

To report on both inbound and outbound calls per week, choose a time slice of weekly and the date range. Choose a direction of all and to show a separate line for inbound and outbound. Click search and review the number of calls per week that were inbound and outbound. Also review call length and wait times.

To report on which users are handling the most inbound calls per day, choose a time slice of daily and the date range. Choose a direction of inbound and select the users of interest. Choose to show a separate line for each user. Click search and review the number of calls answered by each user, call length and wait time.

And finally to report on call distribution throughout the day choose a time slice of hourly. Choose a direction of inbound and to show a separate line for answered and unanswered calls. Click search and review the number of calls per hour that are answered and unanswered.

To save a frequently-used search select Save Options. To download the raw data in a csv format select Download CSV.

Call statistics is a powerful reporting tool with lots of flexibility to produce ad hoc reports on up-to-the minute calling data.
